There have been a lot of users complaining about the same issue on this site but sadly we can do anything about it, and by "we" i'm referring specifically to the team of Independent Advisors on this site which are users just like you or any other person that makes a question or ask for help with an issue. We aren't workers from Microsoft or Xbox, we are just helping their community in the way we can.

After clarifying that i just can say that for the moment all you can do is wait to receive the help you want on the official link of support for Xbox (that i suppose you already are using). You have to keep in mind that there is a lot of people having trouble in everywhere worldwide so it most be complicated for them to answer your call faster than any other person waiting as you are!

Please be aware that on the bottom of the page you have to change your region to align the timezone with the available call time for your convenience.

Sorry for not being able to do anything more, let's hope Xbox keeps doing his best to upgrade their system!

Please help! I cannot reicht xbox Support, it says calls and chats with humans are not available for this issue. When I click that nothing worked i get an option to enter my phone number. I am in Germany and gave thaz number. It said yesterday and today that this service is unavailable and i should try later... yesterday, today morning and now as well... is this xbox support for real??

I think its a trigger happy response from the enforcement team and I think the service offered to help has been terrible, I appreciate you trying to offer advice but this has not been good enough from xbox that this is my only option to come to
an ambassador or a bot
