Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

After competing the new security check/update login information xbox live refuses to sign in my account, and gives this error code, my xbox connects to the internet but wont let my account sign in online.

still no joy and now I cant uninstall the app! Login as normal user and with Microsoft account.

As recommended, it would be best to update the current Windows version.

Another suggestion is to Verify that you have the latest version of the Xbox app on Windows 10.

In case a manual update has to be applied, try following this Check updates for apps and games from Microsoft

I have done everything as per your previous posts. The version loaded was only loaded on Monday. I have run fix and troubleshoot etc and still nothing. It is also not possible to uninstall as the uninstall is not active (greyed out)

Sorry for all the frustration I think I might have something that will help.

1. copy this link I provide
xbox identity provider

2. when you copy and paste link open in Microsoft store.

3. install the app and launch the Xbox App

4. It should ask you to sign in again.
