The Xbox App Remote Play is not functioning correctly

I understand your frustration, but you already did all the troubleshooting steps that the Xbox Support told you. It's a bug hapenning with other users and there's not much we can do about it besides reporting it to Microsoft developers to fix it.

I got the answer from the admins on the Discord site. I needed to switch to the XBox App and stop using the Console Companion App.

You can try to wait for an update from Microsoft, or you can submit a feedback to inform Microsoft developers about the bug:

- Go to Start, search for Feedback Hub.

- Enter the details of your issue/the bug.

- Press Submit.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Does it happen to any games you're trying to play via remote play?

Alternatively, try to connect to a different network as well.
