just to be sure, have you installed Xbox Insider Hub app and enrolled and installed MCC Insider Program via that on the PC?

No why would there be

Only pc and consoles have insiders programs because they are ms oses

Windows insiders and xbox insiders

You can search insiders hub on the xbox store

You need to have it installed on a PC or a xbox because that's how you register your console

Having the app on pc also lets you register and unregister for xbox since settings has its own insiders settings

1. Get the Xbox Insider Hub app | Xbox Support would you please click on this link and then join the Xbox windows insider group.
   
2. Open the insider hub
   
3. Join Windows gaming
   
4. This will then give you the newest version of the Xbox App
   
5. Apply the updates
   
6. then attempt to reinstall Halo
   

How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC (microsoft.com), make sure to choose Refresh your PC to reinstall Windows and keep your personal files and settings. Refresh also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Microsoft Store.

Are you checking the insider hub on PC or XBOX?

I've played it on Xbox (Alpa insider) and in my PC insider hub it isn't showing. But on my xbox it still is.

In that case, Erbmur, I would advise you to report this to the xbox app team on the insiders hub app on your PC.
