    The Xbox app. Infinite loading.


    Got the code for the Xbox Game Pass, tried to download the Xbox app, but the download bar stops at 2/3 and doesn't go any further. The app is not installed through the store. Removing the Xbox component using the command does not help, reinstalling the store does not help either.

    wsreset.exe - does not work

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - does not work

    sfc /scannow - does not work

    ----------

    Russian support offered solutions to the problem. All solutions don't work.

    Of course, I understand that the respected Microsoft company has crossed out all Russians (including me) from the people (nothing else could have been expected from the United States), but let me take advantage of a well-deserved month of subscription.

    I purchased No Man's Sky through the store on Xbox.com, and the Xbox app on my PC is infinitely loading meaning I cannot install the game.

    None of these fixed the issue. Xbox app still infinitely loading and the Microsoft Store install button can be pressed, but it won't install or do anything.

    I can't download any game in my Xbox app on pc

    The error is solved by reinstalling windows but I have a very bad experience with Xbox app most of time the app enters infinite loop of loading when trying to open it, the app really is very bad and I can't take the benefits of my subscription.

    Nothing is fixing this app. Worked fined in July, and just started infinitely loading in August. This is ridiculous, I have the game pass and nothing to stream it on. I've tried all possible trouble shooting.

    Halo Infinite launches in Task Manager but won't open a Window

    Having the same issue. I want to knowledge dump everything I've tried so far that hasn't worked for me, but hopefully might work for some of you.

    I see the game running in Task Manager under Background processes, but nothing loads. 3 processes show:

    • Console Window Host
    • DumpTool.exe (read that 'End task' on this file will load game after a few mins; hasn't worked for me).
    • HaloInfinite.exe
    HaloInfinite.exe is downloading to the hidden WindowsApps folder in File Explorer: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.254428597CFE2_1.3249.19634.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    I've uninstalled/reinstalled/terminated/repaired/reset/uncheck hi-res features the Xbox App/MS Store/Gaming Services/Halo Infinite using a combination of settings/advanced options/wsrest.exe/powershell/cmd prompt still nothing...also restarted the pc a hundred times for those wondering ;)
