We understand that you are having issue with your Xbox account. As per description your alias has completely been changed and also the game progress was no where to be found as well.

Can we verify these questions please? Have you tried checking if the account logged in is the correct account? There might be another Xbox account that is being login unknowingly or by mistake.

The link you are using is only for the xbox 360 and will change the complete Microsoft Account

Thank you for responding. Based off the link it is connected to my current account and email information which is my parents. Changing the alias does nothing to the xbox live information it is simply to receive emails which will then change my parents email
again and mess everything up. I need to know how to completely change all the xbox live information to a separate account email and everything so it is my personal information but it seems impossible to do so without making another account, in which case is
extremely redundant and unnecessary.
