The X1's standard warranty

Just wondering does anyone how long the standard warranty for the Xbox One is?

Reason being is i've been having some slight troubles with my disc drive the past month or two, nothing major but every once in a while i'll put a disc in and it wont even recognize anything was put in.

And earlier today I put a blu-ray movie in and it didnt recognize the disc nor would it eject it and to reset it to get it out lol.

I'm hoping this is just some minor things "wtf" things that wont happen often or be a real problem but I have heard of a lot of disc drive issues so if the warranty expires soon I might just send mine in to get it repaired/fixed.

3 or 2 year complete warranty ?

I buy X1 in England. Europe have more warranty than USA??

the drive stop read discs

I have a question, i live in KSA and i buy my X1 in 2014 from one of american retails in Ebay. and i want to know if the warranty still valid, because the x1's drive stop read discs.

More than likely one year from purchase like most electronics to my knowledge.

The warranty for the console is for one year and accessories is for 90 days. If you purchased the "complete for Xbox" within 45 days of buying your Xbox one the warranty is for 3 years.

^ I jumped all over that trade value. Most stores are paying $100 for a X1 .... but for $220, heck I could buy a new X1 for $250.... cost me $30 to get a new console under warranty....

The Battlefield bundle is $449 less my $220= A real cheap X1 S IMO.....

As others have previously mentioned, the warranty period varies depending where you live. Xbox accessories have a 90 day warranty in US compared to 1 year in Aus. for example. More information HERE.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not have an extended warranty service on Xbox controllers. However,
Microsoft does offer a Microsoft Complete extended warranty which covers console and included accessories for up
3 years. I recommend this when purchasing an Xbox bundle, it's well worth the extra small investment!

I personally purchase individual controllers from places like BestBuy. For a very low cost, they offer an instore replacement warranty for 2-3 years.
