    The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt- Game of the Year edition keeps on stopping installing?


    On my xbox I have recently bought The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt- Game of the Year edition Disc and now is downloading , But i am stuck at 34%. This has happend to me for the whole day I have 141 GB left on my xbox one s.

    Sorry to hear it. More than likely the game is attempting to install updates when the game itself is updating. Try taking the console offline for the duration of the disc install.

    Thanks, by the way I just noticed that previously what I played is the witcher 3 wild hunt but now it is the witcher 3 wild hunt game of the year edition. Will it affect the files not being loaded? I just noticed it now after checking my game history.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about transferring save data across different versions of the game.

    Witcher 3 Ultimate edition is different from the
    Game of the Year Edition     and the
    base game    . You will actually notice that this game also has its own seprate achivements.

    Game data will not be able to transfer between these two titles. This was a decision as per the developers of the game.

    I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.
