    the pop-up "a fireteam member's online safety settings do not allow them to view community creations" comes up after trying to load custom games or play with friends (halo infinite)

    I can't even load into the settings because the website is SO SLOW.

    Country Settings On Website

    Usually if you set your country to the correct region at the bottom left of the website, it should remain that way. However, if someone or something gives you a Xbox.com URL with the U.S suffix (en-US) then this can change the default country region you
    selected earlier. This happens to me from time to time when I'm helping people on the forums or via the Ambassador chat. If it changes, I just change it back again.

    Yeah some things can be a bit glitchy, especially the dates. Nothing you can really do about it to be honest. Just always make sure that you're on the UK website. The forums are permanently in the US version but you can force the rest of the site to the
    UK version by replacing the US characters in the URL to GB.

    have you tried soft reseting the xbox, or unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in?
