The website keeps thinking I'm not a GOLD member why is that.

see the image why does it think I'm a free member when In fact I am a gold member. My membership expires march next year. What gives. I have been making loads of purchases an would hate to be getting robbed of my rewards. I also purchased content an wasn't
rewarded for it as it said I would be.

Bought a month of gold. Am still a Silver member.

I purchased an Xbox Live Gold - 1 Month Membership today, and I'm being told my account is still a Silver account. The Xbox Website says I am a Gold Member, but my Xbox keeps saying I'm not. Any help available?

refer a friend

Hello everyone I'm trying to refer a friend to Xbox live gold from the website so we can both get some rewards. I've spelled his gamertag correctly and it keeps telling me he is not an Xbox live member. Is there a way to do it from the console that may work?

okay that sounds good as I'm still having this issue. And I have purchased quite the amount of content both games and movies an such. So please look into it. I would hate to be losing out on my rewards.

We are still awaiting the results of the subscription team's investigation. After reviewing your account, we determined that an issue with avatars last month prevented you from completing that offer. We will adjust your account for completion of that offer,
and you should see the changes by the end of next week. If you are asking about payback for April purchases, payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
