    The way the xbox site is set up I had no choice but to put in a redemption code when I used points to do the redemption is was a back and forth vicious cycle to see if it went through what the code was which I never received you can I believe access every little thing on my account so it would be way easier for you or one of your techs to than I see I had a XBOX SERIES S bought brand new also XBOX ONE THE OLDER ONE and with the series S model something went wrong with it of coarse when the warranty was no longer useful to me I call several times to see if anyone could help but all I got was the other option Mr. Ellison is to purchase a newer model THE XBOX SERIES X now on a computer you can access everything you want find things you did 2 months ago but on an XBOX any of the models you cannot do that at all but XBOX OR MICROSOFT can very easily whether they want to is another question all by its self or if you get someone you can understand and wants to that's a miracle so if you like and truly want to help with this problem then I give you my full permission to call my mobile phone xxxxxxxxxx then maybe I can get something done correctly for once you would think after spending around close to or between $22,000 in games and controllers that someone could get something resolved quickly a criminal lawyer would for sure if you paid that to them I just want an answer not well you need to do this or buy this or call back you need to talk to support or technician or now rewards dept. I mean come on really

    Let's take this example.

    You use console A and your account is A, in this account you have everything bought.

    Your son uses console B and he uses account B, which does not have any subscription or game.

    For your son to be able to use all the content of account A on his console B, you must use the "Home Xbox" function, then you must set account A as the main account on console B, this way he will be able to use all the content from his own account.

    Once you have it set up like this, console A will only be able to use the content by logging into account A, other accounts on that console will not be able to use it, only accounts on console B will be able to use it.

    Account A (Dad) is set as "Home Xbox" on console B (Son), so he will be able to use the games of account A from any other account.

    By doing this, both of you will be able to play at the same time in any game, you from the "Dad" account and console and he from his "Son" account and console.

    I have set up the 2 x xboxes as described as above but still cant play on both consoles at the same time? Account A (Dad) is set as home xbox on console B but account A cant play on Console A when Account B is playing on Console B? Can you please assist further. Thanks!
