    It would be very helpful if someone from support could assist me. I purchased my new Xbox Series X console in August 2023. It is now October 2023 and the warranty for the controller has already expired. The console warranty is set to expire in November of 2023. This seems impossible seeing as all xboxes and their accessories are supposed to have a one year warranty.

    The Xbox controller stopped working last night, which was disappointing seeing as I paid a lot of money in order to have the best Xbox console currently on the market.

    The warranty therefore needs to be updated so that I may request a replacement controller.

    I look forward to hearing from support, as the website and online support channels were no help at all.

    I'm a bit disappointed in Xbox. I have been an avid Xbox fan for years now, but the lack of support is a let down.

    It's not a year though

    The only controllers that come with a year warranty is the elites

    NOT the included console controllers which only comes with accessories warranty which is 90days

    You would have to buy ms complete within 30days of purchase of your xbox series x to be covered under extended warranty

    Your console and plug is covered by a year not controllers

    I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.
