The "v for victory" monthly reward wont trigger after earning 5 achievements on forza 5.

Earned all achievements and doing so was fun. Works for me.

Forza Motorsport 5 Car Pass extended by two monthly car packs

unfortunately only achievements earned while the Monthly Mission is active count so if you have already earned the other achievements for the game before the start of the mission you wont be able to complete it.
