I have been using XBOX for a month

I have not faced this problem before

I installed pes 2021, and connect to it with one controller, and the other controller connects to it.

With one controller, I choose one team, and with another controller, another team.

But for a week now, I have encountered a problem:

Both controllers connect to the xbox, but it's as if both controllers have become one.

Only one team can be selected. A team can be guided with two controllers and it is not possible to play with two players.

For other games like Mortal Kombat, both controllers are active, but both work on the same side and another player cannot be added.

Both controllers have become one controller.

Please double check if copilot is disabled for the controllers.
For this go to Settings > Accessibility > Controller.
Once there select Copilot settings > make sure that the feature is disabled / unchecked

If the feature is not enabled please try power cycling your console
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, re-pair the controllers and try again

Don't know if this is related to the current Issue with the Store. The unification of xbox and Windows Store seamed to have invoked some issues. I hope it works soon, also to know the correct price for my location and if it's worth it.

I miss having movies play in the background while playing my games...I remember reading somewhere that win 10 unification (coming this Fall?) will take care of this issue? PS- this feature wasn't there from day one on the 360, it came later
