The UNEQUAL HASSLE of cancelling your game pass membership

I'm going to make this quick as I can, entering into a recurring monthly subscription to anything these days, especially on xbox, is too easy, it is literally at the tips of your fingers at any given point while you are on xbox, it is literally so easy I would consider it predatory in nature in itself. When you pair this dynamic with how difficult they make it to cancel this subscription, it becomes criminal in my opinion and needs to be changed. Entering into these agreements is as easy as starting up a match of your favorite game if not easier, while getting out of these agreements is the equivalent of trying to buy a TV from the "Nathan For You" store from Comedy Central series episode in which he requires people to wear a suit and I get past a live alligator in order to purchase a free TV. Not only is it a difficult process to end the recurring subscription, but as you get closer to the action of cancellation they use psychologically manipulative strategies to make you feel bad about cancelling and basically force you to click through an entire sales pitch for the product before cancelling in order to make you second guess yourself produce a negative emotional response in a malicious last ditch effort to stop you from cancelling the subscription. The long drawn out difficult process of cancellation reminds me a lot of the youtube video I saw a while back that showed how insanely difficult and convoluted it is to delete your amazon account and that even when you go through the entire process, you don't actually control the deletion of your account, you have to contact a human representative through text chat to cancel it for you. Not that the amazon account deletion situation is exactly the same, but it definitely shows how big tech can easily influence your decisions by making it overly easy to do the things they want and abnormally difficult to do anything they don't want you to do. I was going to link the video I am talking about, but I literally couldn't find it because I'm sure amazon has paid to bury it in order to mitigate bad publicity. This shit is getting out of hand and there aught to be a class action Law suit. If anyone knows the video I am talking about with amazon please comment the link. I think we need a lot more youtubers and twitch streamers to bring attention to this in order to get it fixed. Gamers are a small but in touch community and we aught to lead the charge in getting this shit into court, I'm tryna be overly cringe or grandiose, or think this could actually be the start of something big like a real class action lawsuit by mentioning gamers' capability compared to other communities, I'm foremost just venting, but I do like to think that gamers have a little sense of pride and would get annoyed being jerked around by malicious marketing and sales tactics.
