    The Tribez


    I had to do a factory reset on my laptop. I kept my email/passwood info so I could retrieve my game, [lv108]. When I downloaded the game, I linked my facebook account infor, phone no./and password expecting to pickup where I left off. Instead the game
    I get is a complete start over [lv 1]. How do I recover my original game?

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand you factory reset your laptop and when you signed back in to The Tribez, your progress was lost. I would suggest getting in contact with the developer, "Game Insight" for further assistance. They actually have individual

    Hi Lance! Thank you for a speedy and excellentresponse. I had done a partial reset a fewyrs. ago and I believe that going to the tribez support. I am going there and should be able to recover. Once again Thanks and have a great evening!

    The Tribez is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    i cant get into my tribez game again, it was fine until yesterday, then last night we restored the game and was playing just fine until now, whats its going on with the app?

    In order to isolate a bit more the issue please answer the following questions:

    Is this happening on PC or Xbox?

    If you're on PC, are you on Windows 10 or 11?

    If you're on Xbox, which one do you have?

    are you receiving an error code or the download never pass 8%?

    When you said "The last update seems to be guilty there" are you referring to the game update or a recent windows/xbox update?

    And, which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this

    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Tribez game not able launch on Windows 11

    Hi,

    I have the same issue but don't use Xbox. Play on Windows 11 PC and was able to play then all of a sudden (an hour later) get the error message. I uninstalled the game and now can't reinstall it - stops at 'acquiring license' with same error message :(
