    Hey guyzz Really need your help. I purchased sekiro on xbox Microsoft Store but after giving otp and everything a message came oops we occured a problem or something. The transaction occured my money was gone but the game is not in my order history. Please anyone help.

    This has happened to me on Xbox as well as other gaming shops (Steam, GOG, Epic).

    1. Wait for the refund to happen (this usually takes 24 hours to 7 days)

    1. After the refund, rebuy.

    1. If refund has not happened after 7 days or so (it varies from bank to bank and vendor to vendor) usually you will have to contact the bank/credit card company. If the bank says, 100 % payment has gone through, simply contact xbox support (with the proof provided by bank) and xbox support should be able to either force issue a refund or add the game to your account.

    I keep getting that message on the site and another one like that on my Xbox. Help anyone?

    I've got a 20€ Xbox Leve Prepaid Code an the Error:

    "Error: An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later." showed up. So I try it later again and the next Error showed up: "Error: This code has already been used."

    ... There isn't any of the 20€ on my Konto but it is in the transaction List on my account ? So where is the money ?

    as ip addresses can change daily or weekly contact your isp to see if they have a log showing you didnt have that ip when the transactions happened.

    also have you game shared with anyone.
