    THE TALOS PRINCIPLE COLLECTION IS A RIP OFF IF YOU OWN AN XBOX ONE!!


    The order number from the Microsoft Game Store is "7232023072" .

    I purchased The "TALOS PRINCIPLE COLLECTION" tonight for $54.11.

    I have an XBox One Game Console, so prior to purchasing I looked at the details for this Collection, and it clearly showed that it was both Xbox X/S, and Xbox One compatible, so I went ahead with the purchase.



    Next I did a "Select All' and tried to install the game, but it would fail every time and abort the install with no error message. To troubleshoot this issue, I divided the installation in half, and selected only "The Talos Principle ONE". IT INSTALLED WITH NO ISSUES!

    Next, I selected ONLY "The Talos Principle TWO" and it failed to install in exactly the same way aborting the install with NO ERROR MESSAGE.

    So, I looked at the Details for "The Talos Principle TWO" and it showed that IT WAS ONLY XBOX X/S COMPATIBLE!!



    NOW WHY WOULD THEY MARKET "THE TALOS PRICIPLE COLLECTION" AS BEING BOTH XBOX X/S COMPATIBLE, WHILE KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THE SECOND PART OF THIS COLLECTION "THE TALOS PRINCIPLE TWO" IS ONLY XBOX X/S COMPATIBLE, AND WILL NOT SUPPORT THE XBOX ONE!!!



    I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!

    I ONLY GOT HALF OF THIS COLLECTION!!



    THE XBOX STORE IS SHOWING THAT "THE TALOS PRICIPLE TWO" IS SELLING FOR $29.99

    SO, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT MICROSOFT XBOX SUPPORT TO DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR "THE TALOS PRICIPLE TWO" $29.99 PLUS TAX AND HAVE IT SENT BACK INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.



    I'M GOING TO TELL THEM THAT IF THEY WON'T GIVE ME A FULL REFUND OF $29.99 FOR THAT SPECIFIC GAME, THEN I WANT A FULL REFUND OF "54.99" PLUS TAX FOR THE ENTIRE "THE TALOS PRINCIPLE COLLECTION" WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE BOTH THE TALOS PRINCIPLE ONE AND TWO!

    HOWEVER WHILE TRYING TO CONTACT SUPPORT I'M GETTING EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUPPORT INFORMATION IN THE MICROSOFT STORE, I HAD TO SEARCH FOR IT ON-LINE ONLY TO FIND OUT THEIR PHONE SUPPORT AND CHAT SUPPORT ISN'T WORKING.

    SO HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET SUPPORT??



    I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!

    For the longest time I had for some reason thought the Talos Principle was an elder scrolls spin off. Only recently did I find out it's actually a puzzle game, and a pretty neat looking one at that too. Excited to check it out!
