    Just like i wrote in the title i bought a week ago a pack of gems in smite and i recieved the message that my credit card was declined and i checked on my purchase history and it actually says declinde but i checked the money that i have in my card and the
    cost of the pack is there and the money is missing and i dont have the things that i purchased, today i tried again with a different card and the same happend, any solution? may i get my money back or at least the things that i paid for

    this is the account i pre ordered it on and i went to my purchase history, it says it was declined. but how was i able to play both betas if it was declined and it took the money out of my bank account? no offence sir but im getting frustrated with this.

    I try to renew my membership it shows me my payment options but then says your card was declined even though we have plenty of money on the card
