    the system cancelled my subscibe itself!


    Hi Microsoft, I live in china and my English is not very good, hope you can know what I mean. I purchased a 1 year EA access two hours ago by my credit card but it cancelled it self immediately and the system sent me a letter called "EA Assess cancellation
    confirmation". Now what should I do? Please tell me it can be fixed.

    i can't use my golden membership

    thanks for all your help.i can see my subscibe on microsoft.com and it is in service.,but the subscibe disappeared on xbox.com.the support enginer of xbox are on holiday.so i think i can't do anything this weekend.

    i can use golden for a while until i removed the auto subscibe.

    If you haven't subscibed before, then you can take advantage of the offer. If you have any subscriptions, say Xbox Live Gold, then that will get converted. If you decide to take advantage, once you select your payment, go to HTTPS://account.microsoft.com/services and
    turn off auto renew.

    Do not cancel at any time as this will cancel any Xbox Live subscriptions you have

    why when I try to buy an Xbox gift card it takes my money, the order says "pending", then "cancelled" and my money is refunded?

    But I don't want the refund, I want the gift card to be processed, it seems as though the system is cancelling the transaction by itself

    So are you a Netflix Subscriber? Because from what you posted, it is only open to Netflix Subscibers in certain Regions.
