The suspensions are like you dont even review them, it just comes done to whoever hits that...

Your best bet is to report, block, and move on, don't engage with them to save yourself some headache.

You know what Xbox, this is straight up bull. The kid accuses me and calls me a hacker talking bull first; harrasing me calling me a bum, a low life and how nobody will love me. Atleast i know how you treat

As long as you reported them then they will be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken by the enforcement team. Besides a generic "thank you for your report" type messages that is occasionally (but rarely) sent out you would have no way of
knowing whether they received any enforcement action or not

Since you have a 24 hour suspension, there would be know way for you to contact them. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, but even with a review, they would not give you anything specific.

That's where it becomes B.S., I have no history of doing anything wrong but get hit with a 24 hour suspension. I can't get a reason why just a suspension. If anyone was to get suspended for anything like this should be able to have a case review regardless
of the duration of the suspension.

As a side note suspensions and bans only take place after an investigation. Most bans/suspensions dont take place at the same time of the offense. It would have been for something done weeks ago or even longer.

Support is gave you incorrect information then. No one on the forums can help with enforcement issues.

They have a history of sending people to the forums when they dont know what to do or tell you.

A case review is the only way to reach the enforcement team.
