The Survey For Extra Home Xbox Switch in Delta Previews

I have used all my switches and need an extra so I went to the agent for help he said I need to contact the rangers for help because I am registerd for the delta preview thing so I need an extra switch for MY HOME XBOX

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this question. In regards to gaining any additional switches, the only way to do so is via the Xbox Assist survey that you are offered after you receive the message that you have run out of switches.
If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

I do regret that you have been misinformed by the agent you spoke to in this case as there is no longer a way for anyone in support or here on the forums who can give you any additional home console switches. For further information, you can refer to our

Customer support not anyone on the forums can do that for you. If you're out of Home Xbox switches you're supposed to got to the set my Home Xbox page and there should be a little survey you can go through to request either one or a few extra more. I do
believe everyone is eligible you just have to follow the survey.

basically, my girlfriend has used all of her home xbox switches without realising but when it comes to trying to get a final extra one theres no option to but shes never done it before and her home xbox is at her old mates house who she fell out with is there any way without waitin like weeks that she can get another one?

If its not giving the option for the survey (to get an extra switch) then there is no other way other than waiting for more switches as they become available.
