    The store will not let me pre-order Hogwarts legacy


    And I don't know why, I made purchases before and never got this issue. At first, I thought it was because it was a new system (I upgraded from Xbox 360 to Xbox S) but after continue trying for weeks and getting the same message "Oops something went wrong try again later" or "Contact Us" but the lines are busy when ever I have free time to call.
