    What can I do if the store doesn't let me buy games.

    Won't let me buy things in store

    For some reason when I play my nba2k17, then go to buy VC for my my player it says at the top (Contact us at Microsoft support)

    and below it saying (We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get that sorted out.) Someone please help I don't know what to do. This is after I click the (BUY) option just to say. It does not show a error code which is weird.

    Is this just on the console or website?

    Is your payment details up to date and correct?

    Also, are you part of the Insider Program?

    Man iam waiting for Windows Store release with "playanywhere" to. If they dont add this i dont buy it.. its easy. For me novadays is this huge. I dont buy many games what i want play with my son. Iam not so rich to buy games 2x

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. What kind of payment method are you attempting to use? What is the error message or error code that appears when you try to purchase
    the item? Are you trying to buy items on an Xbox One, Xbox 360, a mobile device or a Windows 10 computer? We recommend attempting to complete the purchase from a different device like a cell phone or tablet. Just make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft
    Store with the account that you wish to purchase the item(s) with. Be sure to let us know the results

    I would double check the card details and I would also try and do a soft reboot hold down the power button till power off and then turn back on
