    Check up store's South Park pre order promotion

    My Copy of Stick of Truth (XB1) came through a few days after the pre-order, however this was before the date change of Fractured but Whole (now in March I believe)

    hi, I was referred to this forum from an xbox support agent who said I should be eligible for an Xbox version of the stick of truth download. I pre-ordered the fractured but whole on June 29th 2016 but never received the stick of truth. Can you re-send me
    a download code?

    As part of the new store on the preview program, you have a true preorder and not a prepurchase. You will not be able to download the other game until you are actually charged about 2 weeks before the game releases.
