The sound of the MIC goes down when i speak

Since the controller was updated 4 month ago, i lost the Microphone ( original material).

I found another MIC ( always original, bargain but it working) but since then i 've been told that my voice goes down when i speak.

I buy a new controller with a turtle beach recoon x50 and the problem persist.

Do you have any solution for this problem ?

The slider of the microphone is full right.

Where i can see compatible headphone ? I checked the update but no news proposed.

It is possible to put a specific update to a headphone ?

Hello Lafuine,

Unfortunately, we do not have updates for Turtle Beach. As they are a third party headset. If you see mic monitoring on the audio try moving the bar little more to the right and see if it helps. If you don't have one, you can try a

stereo headset adapter.

It is possible that you have incompatible headphones with a console. Or, check the Audio box in the Xbox on the Settings tab (gear wheel). And down the slider for the Microphone, try moving it further to the right.
