The second game in "Free ride" doesn't complete

Hello. I'm trying do 5 hours from the second game, but I'd already exceeded 5 hours played in the Paladins game and it does not appear to be completed in the "Rewards". The first game who I complete was the "NBA2K17: The Prelude".

Deposit date & Free Ride Freedom Rewards

Hi. I have two questions.

1. On which date will be made next rewards deposit on accounts?

2. If I completed Free Ride last month with three games, may I use the same three games to complete Free Ride again for current month?

I finished my 3rd game for the Free Ride challenge, need someone to make sure the game counts, spent over 2 hours on the last game fighting thieves so it should be complete now.

We see that you have over five hours for Paladins, and have been awarded a punch for that title. However, we see that you only have 4.8 hours of playtime for The Prelude, and have not yet played five hours for that title. If you have only recently played
your remaining time for five hours, please keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive information. Since you only registered into that offer two days ago, it sounds like your play time was only done in the past 48 hours.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue in October with the title Fallout Shelter that caused it to not be tracked appropriately. We will adjust your October FREE Ride completion into your account, and you should see this change shortly. However,
in November you only had 3 hours, 36 minutes, and 33 seconds in Star Trek Online, so you did not complete the offer that month. We also see that you completed December's FREE Ride and those Credits are pending in your account. Please keep in mind that as stated
in the FAQ it can take 96 hours to process recent activity.
