    I have this problem, first trim video was ok, then upload studio became unsupported by xbox, in the last 3 days every time i tried to trim a video the screen went black after about to complete the triming, already have more than 100GB free memory, i did hard reset, still not working, what should i do to fix it ? How i gonna trim my clips and share it on activity feed ?

    I've been having this same problem since the last update, and I'm using HDMI straight to a Sony 55es projector. Not only has the screen been cutting to black, but a blue line randomly flicks when using the dashboard.

    Update: i was finally able to “refresh” the dashboard but it took FOREVER. Cant even go to the setting without getting a black screen 😑. Interface is still unuseable

    It's become a sad farce... every other day the service is down and they are 'working on it'. Out for 2 days. Back for 1. I'm going to try to cut the connection permanently and just play the games without live.

    Thank you for the reply. I have found article from Activision themselves that includes some troubleshooting tips found

    When your on the article click on Xbox One and a drop down menu shall appear giving you steps to reduce the chance of the game crashing. I would personally recommend trying to clear your cache which can be found

    here     (https://support.activision.com/articles/deleting-old-files-from-playstation-4-and-xbox-one-consoles).
