    I'm trying to purchase all the DLC's for Left 4 Dead 2. I was able to purchase the "The Passing" DLC with no problems but when I tried to purchase the "The Sacrifice" DLC, it said that my account had
    been locked and am not able to purchase the DLC, even though my bank account has been charged for two DLCS. I cannot find "The Sacrifice" in the "Manage Games and Add-ons" section for Left 4 Dead 2.

    Are you trying to download these from an xbox 360 or an xbox One? As far as it being locked, thats a new one but just trying to figure out whats hapoening here

    It says that my account is locked from purchasing anything. Even though Xbox says that I've purchased it and so does my bank account
