The roblox on my xbox one s is not letting me go past the continue button

One is to play as your Gamertag and the other is to Sign In as your Roblox account.

When i go onto my xbox one and click forza horizon it wont let me purchase it and only has the option to see price. when i click that it shows me the price and a continue button but when i press that button in goes back to the store page with the see price
button. all of the other free games with gold work fine.

I know you're experiencing problems logging into Roblox on Xbox One S, especially if you can't click the “Continue” button. This issue can be caused by several factors and here are some common solutions that will hopefully help you solve the problem:



1. Check Xbox Network Connection
Since the login process requires an internet connection, first make sure your Xbox One S is properly connected to the internet.
Make sure your Xbox has a stable internet connection: Settings -> Network -> Network Settings -> Verify that you are connected to the internet.
If your internet connection is unstable, try restarting your router, or try using a wired connection.



2. Restart Xbox One S
Sometimes, restarting the console can fix temporary software issues. Try pressing the Xbox button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down completely, then restart.



3. Log out and back in to your Xbox account
You may need to log out of your current Xbox account and log back in.
On the main Xbox screen, select your avatar and then select Sign Out.
Once logged out, sign back into your Xbox account and try to access Roblox again.



4. Check for Roblox app updates
The Roblox app may need to be updated to resolve login issues. You can check for updates to Roblox in the Microsoft Store.
Open the Microsoft Store and search for Roblox.
If there is an Update button, click Update and install the latest version of the app.

Sorry but this isn't going to happen. There hasn't been any games released for the Xbox 360 since around October 2018, nearly 5 years ago. Roblox is not made by Microsoft and Microsoft are no longer allowing any more games to be released for the Xbox 360 platform.

If you want to play Roblox, you'll need to buy Xbox One, One S or Series X|S console.

This happened to me in the past with my original xbox one. The only way to fix it was to do a factory reset. This may lose all your information but I think theres a way to keep your games and apps. I can tell you how I reset mine, since you cant actually
get in to go to settings and reset it. But I would try every other troubleshooting step before resetting it, because this is just what the issue was for me, it might not be yours..

Turn off the xbox. Press and hold the sync key (to sync your controllers) and the eject button that the same time. While still holding the 2 buttons, tap the power button. You will hear the power on sound. While continuing to hold the 2 buttons wait for
a second power on sound (can take a few seconds).

When you hear the second sound, you can let go of everything and you should be in the menu to do a reset. If you dont hear the second power up sound, or the first one, you might have to try again. I dont know if this method works on the xbox one S or the
xbox one X, but it worked on the original xbox for me. Specifically to bypass the screen issue and reset the console.
