    The rewards section isn't showing in the xbox mobile app


    For some reason my rewards Page has recently stopped appearing in the xbox mobile app. Usually it is rewards, posts, achievements and about. But now rewards isn't there anymore. At first when I checked to see how many points I earned after I finished the stuff on bing, I wasn't getting any more. I opened up the app again and it showed how many points I had, but it wasn't showing how much points I had after I earned anymore. Now it isn't showing the whole rewards section at all. I downloaded the xbox game pass app assuming it is better overral but it doesn't show how much some of the gift cards cost. I also don't know if the daily points by opening the xbox app and he microsoft jewel option is there. I'm pretty sure I've seen this issue before as a forum but at the end nothing was fixed. Amy suggestions on what to do, xbox?

    IThis didn't help me, there is no information about the app not showing specific pages. But do the quests from the xbox app (like the daily pts and Microsoft jewel) appear on the game pass app? If they do then I will use that one instead and might get game pass anyway.

    Edit: I've noticed that at times it works after a while and then it completely stops working and then it disappears after the app is restarted.

    Yes and it's true I was really having problems, but thanks to complaints from players and customers the problem was solved.

    Sure, right now it's back up but I've noticed if you check he microsoft rewards page on reddit it happened worldwide for everyone.
