my count of rewards is empty, in the bar saids 0, but i have already like 4250 credits something like that and since 2016 i never recibed my rewards about the questions. i like the service, but what is this? why? help, i need somebody, help! like the song,
please xbox, send me a message because i cant be in this situation for eternity, in spanish please

Rewards Question

I have a family account. With the Xbox Live Gold subscription being placed on my Xbox under my Gamertag. I know my kids have access to Live also, but will the games they play count toward the Rewards also or will just MY game play count toward the rewards?
Thanks for any clarification.

Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website, subsequently it must be the digital version purchased through xbox.com or the xbox one store. Subsequently, there is no promotion to earn rewards for pre-ordering that game alone. The
current promotion calls for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles to earn 15,000 reward credits. So you would need to purchase the remaining 2 eligible titles in order to receive the rewards.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

As Murphs says, pre-orders can go to the Games on Demand offer, but that offer requires three eligible purchases to complete.
