    The request refund page isn’t working.


    I accidentally bought two of the same gem pack in Smite, so i requested a refund and they took the gems from me but said I must talk to Xbox for my money back. I came here to try and do that, went through the process of finding the right page and when
    I clicked “Request a refund” it decided to load for a few minutes then say there was an error. I’ve been trying every day for like a week now, still nothing. I’ve gone through other ways of getting tot he page and nothing. I emailed smite about my problem
    and they gave me the same link that doesn’t work.

    Also, it doesn’t even let me explain what I need to refund. You go through al the actions blah blah “does this sound like your problem?” At the end it says “Request a refund” where you should be able to, in detail, explain exactly what needs to be refunded.
    That link just doesn’t work for some reason. I’ve been trying for a week.

    You would have to speak to someone from Xbox customer support. You can request a call back or speak to live agent via chat. It might not be going through on the self service refund because DLC's and add on, like in game currencies, are non refundable.
    Support may or may not be able to help you but you can try. What region are you in?

    Hey PurpleSpartan17!

    By any chance, are you using an Apple product (iPad, iPhone..ect) when trying to complete the refund form?

    I would suggest using a non-Apple product when trying to complete the form.

    If possible, try that and let us know if it helps.

    Once the form is successfully completed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

    The request refund page isn’t working.

    People have been having issues with that refund link lately. You can sign into your account online and view your order history. Now you will see everything you purchase here. On the right side corner of your purchase you will see request a refund if
    the item is eligible for a refund. If you dont see "refund" then the item isnt elgible for a refund or time have expiration to request a refund. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/
