    The Request a Replacement Controller Page isn't working.


    I want to request a replacement controller, but every time I put in the serial number and click "request a controller replacement" the page doesn't load and will say "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect." or "please enable cookies/unblock cookies"
    (even though they are enabled). I've tried on several different devices and several different browsers. Is there any way to fix this, if not, is there any other way to get a replacement controller from Microsoft.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged
    through our online customer support. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.

    After a tech support chat session with Microsoft I returned the device and requested a replacement. The replacement is now working fine. It appears that my first device was dead on arrival. That is disappointing for a brand new device that arrived in sealed
    box. So bottom line, if yours isn't working, try another controller, and if that doesn't fix the issue request a replacement.

    Request a replacement, I have had bithr the original elite and the elite v2 thankfully I haven't had any issues, I'm sorry to hear that the controller isn't working
