The Replay button does not appear in the Xbox console companion app!

Are you referring to Xbox remote play? I suggest you install the Xbox app instead.

I have been logged in on the Console Companion, it's working fine. When I pressed the Launch App button in the Console Companion, It opened the Xbox app with a sign in button, however it didn't work.

Does this error appear when trying to log in with your account on the Xbox app?

If yes, close the Xbox app and download the Xbox Companion app and try logging in with your account on the Xbox companion app, after logging in open the Xbox app and see if that solves the problem.

You should see a "Connection" tab right about your "Settings" tab. And make sure they are both on the same network. You may also have to go into your Xbox settings and change the name of your Xbox(yes annoying and silly, but it may have to be done)

I used to stream to twitch via the Xbox companion app, and a few of my friends still do, and we all had this issue.

That is within the Xbox Console Companion app itself. The issue is that the Console Companion is now telling people that it is going to be replaced soon with just the "Xbox" app on PC, which does not appear to have that feature.
