The remote play setup for an Xbox

I switched back to alpha and it still sees my consoles and remote play launched on my phone. Thank you! Yes it I happens again I will report the problem.

I'm glad it worked! Try and see if you can, I'm going to pass on this information to see if there is a team that can look into this.

Good news! I reverted to the beta build and after the update I was able to go through the setup console instructions again. It prompted a code so I am back remote with the series x 😊. I guess it was the alpha build that was messing it up. Should I try to go back to the alpha build? 🤔

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly make sure that the "enable remote features" are also turned on. Please follow the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

Select the Enable remote features checkbox."

If it's already set up correctly, please disable it and then switch the power mode to "shutdown mode", after that perform a powercycle.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that, re-enable the remote features by clicking the checkbox and then switch it back to "sleep mode". This will fix the issue.
