    I did some research and found that only omega users with atleast level 5 will get the update. My level is 3. Now everything makes sense.

    my xbox one got the new Dashboard, but my series x didn’t get the dashboard

    Preview omega may not have the new dash yet, hence why the series X doesn't have it.

    I'm in the Preview Omega now, although I was in the Alpha before. I believe that was why I can't broadcast, since that preview group gives me frequent updates. Thanks.

    UHD Bluray playback - HDR not output correctly

    I’m on the Omega Preview ring (omega is issued updates very soon before they hit general public and is easy for anyone to join). I received an update last night and it appears all HDR Black levels are fixed for Blu-Ray, Amazon HDR, etc. However that pesky
    Netflix “always-on” HDR issue still persists, but that’s a different story. So if it hasn’t already I would think this should be pushed out to public very soon!
    Thats fantastic news (excpet for the Netflix part. Why is that even still an issue? But as you wrote, thats a different matter )
