The problem with 1X upgrading & Xbox live...

I upgraded to the 1X. Gave my daughter my original Xbox One. We both have different games we play. We also want to play at the same time, but can’t because Xbox Live only allows our 1 live account to be signed in on one console. Netflix and a bunch of
other SAS providers have figured out multiple devices from 1 account, why can’t Xbox? I wish I waited upgrade until this was figured out.

I’m not buying a second live account and rebuying games I already own. Such a pain...

System Link Problem with Gears of War Judgment between Xbox One & Xbox 360

@chuckrcheese: thanks for your comment. But this was not the problem. I try to connect 1x Xbox One with 1x Xbox 360 via System Link not with xbox live

and that is the funny thing. system link works with different consoles and gears 1. but not with gears 3 and judgment.

 

If you have the gold and games on your account, then you'd want to set her console as your Home so she can access them from there on her account. You can still access everything while signed into your account on the One X. My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

 

Thx for this info Smwutches . IMO, still seems like MS should add a bit of polish/attention to this. There really is a demand for family sharing, and this seems like a bit of a bandaid.
