    Yesterday I published this thread on a double charge when buying a product. In a misunderstanding with an answer they ended the problem and closed the thread, but it was not so.

    Today i check my subscription to check if there are 2 active but it was not.

    Already check my order list to see if i can see the second purchase, but there is only one.

    Hi Gustavo,

    This is something that would be handled by support. You also can fill out the
    Refund Request
    page. You were given these options in the
    other thread
    . As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums this is why it was locked. I will also be locking this one as there is nothing more we can do. Try the refund request, if unable to do it that way than contact support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Problem resolved here in the Netherlands

    lets do some math shall we (correct me if i am wrong):

    year of gold , lets call it 50.00 (USD)

    divided by 12 (months) = 4.16

    divided by 30 (days roughly) = 0.13

    divided by 24 (hours) = .005

    so to be refunded for just a day, it wouldn't even be a cent...so if you really want that refunded, you're pretty sad

    XCL Ambassador Problem Need it Resolved.

    from what i've read the new Ambassador's have to have their badges manually assigned. this will get you access to the Ambassador Forums. the Badge is assigned in batches and their is supposed to be an update on 9/3/2013 to address other issues..

    there are lots people still waiting, myself included.
