    Hi, I bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition in the Microsoft Store (WIN10),but it is not in the library.

    It displayed that we can't deal with your payment and tells me to contact the
    customer service.

    but it debited about 1 USD frommy VISA card three times.(Note: I tried several times to buy it.)

    Forza Horizon 4 upgrade to Ultimate Edition.

    Yesterday I bought Xbox One X and I'm waiting for shipping. I want to buy Xbox Game Pass and Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition but if I buy Game Pass I'll get FH4 Standart Edition, How can I upgrade to Ultimate Edition?

    Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition with Game Pass

    Hi There,

    The only game available through Gamepass is the regular edition of Forza Horizon 4, you have to buy the Ultimate edition separately.

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?

    Upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate, but Forza Horizon 4 didn't get access to Lego DLC?

    Ah, for some reason I thought you got the ultimate edition with the ultimate game pass. It's also confusing that when I look at the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition in the Xbox app, that it has a Play button rather than a buy button.

    Thank you for the advice, I would have probably chosen completely different categories in this kind of situation.

    So I have contacted the support and I've been told that https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/forza-horizon-4-and-forza-horizon-3-ultimate-editions-bundle/9pf3f4cc0vlg is NOT in fact a bundle of "Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate" and "Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate", but
    only a package of these two games and their DLCs that at the time were same as the Ultimate Editions. So any changes and future DLCs included with the Ultimate Edition are not included, as it is in fact not the Ultimate Edition. Whether this is an oversight
    or intentional is hard to say, but it surely is confusing!

    Thanks again and I hope that the paragraph above will be helpful to others that are similarly confused as I was.
