  3. People cant sign in for a couple hours and they become mad amd want to jump boat to other consoles omg really let me tell you on the other side is even worse games crashung all day and online service is a joke on thw other boat so hang tight and wait bro

  5. I hate being negative but this is ridiculous. I am permanently boycotting anything related to Microsoft from now on. I am having trouble logging in. Xbox live doesn't work. Microsoft store doesn't work.

      or 'Use a Passkey'.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
    3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

      Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

      If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the Lost Account Solution.
    4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
    5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
    6. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

    I guess that removing and adding again the account is not the solution. As soon as you turn off the console or you log off when you will log again you get the some problem. In the status page I've been reading that MS is trying to solve this issue since
    yesterday. How long we will have ro wait for logging again without any problem ? Thanx

  10. That is correct, it is only a temporary solution that will let users login and play while waiting for the final solution. I do know it is not ideal but at least you're not completely blocked out.

    Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    Good luck The problem continues :), Every console have it own problem. PS comunity is really toxic and Xbox have a lot of persons who can help you. and service is from my POV a lot better on Xbox.

    I own both consoles and Xbox is No.1 for me. Not because of games, but because of comunity.

    Thank you for your reply. The bad side of this problem is that customers don't have any update about the recovery time from MS. I've been working in a TELCO since 1991 and I know that silence from the company may drive customers crazy when there are problems
    and they can't have the service they paid for. Maybe some update in the FB pages or in the profile status page may help customer to be more confident. Let's hope things will be set soon. Have a nice day.

    Yes. Last update a few hours ago. Microsoft need to sort this out ASAP. Their solution doesn't work either.

    Not had the console long and this isn't the first sign in issue.
