    The power button blinks twice after updating the controller.


    Xbox wireless controller model 1914. The controller connects to two PCs win10 and win11

    After updating the controller software, the main button on the controller started blinking - double blinking.

    After updating the software, the PC's stopped seeing the controller via bluetooth. But on one of the PC's I somehow managed to reset some settings and was able to reconnect. On the second PC I was not able to do this, when I turn on the bluetooth PC does not see the controller for any action. At the same time the controller works correctly when connected to the PC via usb.

    In one of the articles I found a suggestion to downgrade the software version of the controller, but this function does not work.

    Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Igor, try to follow the procedures below.

    First turn off your Xbox One and also unplug it from the electrical outlet.

    Then remove the batteries from the controller and for 1 minute keep pressing all the buttons on the controller and moving the controller knobs.

    Once it's done, download the Xbox Accessories PC App and if you have a USB cable, connect the USB cable controller to your PC.

    Put the batteries in the controller and see if the App recognizes the controller and check if it has updates.

    Once updated, remove the USB cable and try to connect it via Bluetooth, after connecting via Bluetooth you can reconnect your console to the electrical outlet.

    Do you have it set to continue downloads after you have shut your Xbox off? It will continue to blink while it downloads from Xbox live if this is set under the "System Settings".
