The popup survey shows what Microsoft thin, this forum is for.

Since forum never got to be what it should - we cannot expect surveys about it to be either, I think.

Still shooting in the dark with changes they make.

System design with Discussion/Support area is odd in itself.

I have plenty unanswered threads in Support area of forum - that's kind of insulting.

Changes recently - like for me, what I look for on forum thread listing - how long ago was last post - they removed this with the newest look with separate box for who created thread.

Looking at last timestamp is a quick way to see if anything new for me. You cannot trust color of thread title since update of last poster is asynchronous and not done as post is submitted. They seems to have separate process going through updating thread
listing from what posts were made - it's not instant like any other forum out there.

They try to cover up really poor system design with these kind of operations. I have like a dozen forums I visit every day - and Xbox is really the worst I've seen - ever.

It should have been revoked in a week from a year ago it was released.

Support - I find chat support excellent folks doing that and really eager to help. Not always succeeding but effort is what counts.

Chat support is what saves the day and have some spot of contact to solve a problem.

Kudos to them.

I got the survey but didn't take it. All I would have put was 0=Worse Than.

How and Why did MS *** up their own website? It went from the best on the web to I hate to use it unless I have to. I still can't believe all of the good helpful game information that has been lost because of this new site change.......

Still nothing for me. I can't say I'd be too complimentary about the state of the forum if they asked for my feedback.

Just happen to me a moment ago but then the pop out froze loading the page so I had to close it.
