    THat's odd that you're not able to view specific content. Do you possibly have an Xbox console where you can verify your online safety settings? There are steps over on this

    Privacy and Online Settings Troubleshooter     for how to make sure your settings are set correctly.

    So i was having this same issue and i eventually figured it out. I do believe all the settings described in @Fancia J’s response are still important but there is also something else. I believe it’s something like the settings app > your account > privacy and online safety > your profile > xbox privacy > view details > game content > you can see and upload community creations > everybody. It needs to be set to everybody. Srry if it’s not perfectly exact Im new here and didn’t really know where profile was supposed to go but it should definitely get you where you needa go. Oh and if you have a child accou an adult in family needs to do this (which is where profile comes in play). Hope this helped. Plz let me know if it works.
