    The points I redeemed aren't working


    I got an email after I redeemed my points for a 10$ Xbox digital gift card and it isn't working at all

    Gears of War Codes Not working

    Received my codes for all the gears war games. Redeemed 1 and 3 but 2 and judgement aren't working they say there already redeemed but they don't appear in my games list.

    My Microsoft points have gone missing.

    About a week ago I was playing on arkham city and I redeemed an 800 points code. Later on while I was playing black ops 2 my electric in the house ran out. Now my points aren't in my account, what should I do? I'm also doing the beta thing.

    The points I redeemed aren't working

    If you received the email from microsoft rewards you need to go through their customer support here: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards

    If you received it from Xbox Live then you would need to post in the Promotions Forum.

    Xbox Live Rewards deposits points directly in your account and there are no codes/gift cards that they give out.

    You'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

    You cannot buy Google Play gift cards with Microsoft Rewards Points as they aren't available on Microsoft Rewards or Microsoft gift cards. If you happen to have a redeemed Amazon gift card tied to your Amazon account, you may be able to just search Google
    Play gift cards on Amazon and purchase it with your available Amazon credit. Using the Redeem tab on Microsoft Rewards, going to shop, and then selecting the Amazon gift card (if you have enough points) may be able to get you a Google Play gift card you are
    looking for on Amazon. Please understand that may work, it is not guaranteed to work.

    As another user had pointed out, you could also try and redeem your rewards points for a Walmart or Target eCard (online gift card similar to Amazon) and buy a Google Play gift card through their websites or online or in store. Those are also not guaranteed
    to work but may work.

    Google Play gift cards aren't currently an available reward option but there are plenty others.
