the Points Crusader offer on your Xbox app dashboard

I clicked link and installed this app (Points Crusader ) on my xbox one x and even used it, but my Microsoft homepage where you can perform 4 tasks for points still hasn't recognized I that I installed it. What did I do wrong or is it a bug? Can you help
me?

I am unable to complete the offer where it says to 'claim the points crusader offer on your xbox app dashboard'. I click it and nothing happens. I already have the redeem and points completed.

This Point Crusader is nothing more then a joke, waste of time, and Microsoft jerks you around when you contact them about ongoing issues. I really don't understand why you would have a offer with a time limit and it not work. I have installed the my rewards
app on my xbox 1 and the little circle isn't getting checked off. Yet it show on the page where the offer was, the I own the app

I have the same problem, can't get credit for installing and using dashboard app on computer and xbox.

I've sent three requests about this issue, and no one has replied. It's been three days now. Please advise.

That is what I am asking about, in my question here I state I am completing what I am told to and not getting credit, I have sent a problem concern to where others said send them but all I got back so far is they are looking into it. But I go to the page
every day to get points however I can

 

Yes, this has been my experience too. I have sent multiple requests to rewards support, and either get a wrong answer (I was told I needed to do the log in for 10 days task first, which is not true: in fact, I have now completed the 10 day log in challenge
and still can't complete the points crusader task), or, more often, I get no real response at all, other than the generic "we will respond within 24 hours" automated response.

I tried to submit a third request, and was told that it was being closed as duplicative with one of my first two requests. Which is sort of true, except that nobody ever gave me a real answer in response to my first two requests, which is why I tried for
a third request.

 

I have the same problem!! I would love acknowledgement from MS on this!

 

I contacted Microsoft Rewards Customer Support 2 times about this issue with points crusader and never got a response back other than the generic copy paste response you send out and tell us "we will contact you with in 24 hours". Well it is well past 24
hours since I sent those tickets (which were 6 days apart) and still no response.

Why doesn't Microsoft just grow a pair, admit the offer is bugged to all hell and extend the offer until Microsoft has it fixed. I doubt the next two parts will be working either. Or is this Microsoft's way of choosing who can actually complete these offers
and thus be entered into the resulting contests?
