The person who bought this needs to sign in error yet the game is free to play.

Can you please search for the game on Microsoft Store and from there check if you have an option to "Get", this will give you a license for the game but if there is none you will be needing to reset the console keeping your games and apps.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

Problem should be fixed now.. There were some problems with the xbox services..
