    The PC does not see the controller


    When I connect my Xbox One gamepad to a PC via Bluetooth, my computer just does not see it, but it works fine through the wire. Also, any other device (for example my phone) also does not see my gamepad in the lists of Bluetooth. Gamepad updated to the newest
    version. What do I need to do to still connect it via Bluetooth?

    Xbox one left thumbstick broken

    Try using the same controller on a different PC, or even an Xbox One and see if it does the same thing. If it does, than I'd get a new controller.

    Hi

    when I turn my control and connects to the computer it is connected about two seconds and suddenly control off.

    already I changed the batteries, already tested on another computer and tgentei already update the driver

    Does your pc have bluetooth by any chance? Maybe you could try connecting your wireless controler to your pc using bluetooth to see if it remains connected.

    You could also try and update the controllers' firmware by connecting the controller to your pc with a usb-cable and using the xbox accessories app.

    Does the controller appear in the Xbox Accessories app on PC when you plug it in with the wire?
