    purchased the path of motus from this weeks sale and when I lauch the game I was asked to accept terms and conditions and said yes. After this I am just stuck on an infinite loading screen, the word loading keeps going on and off of the screen so its not frozen,
    and the game wont load so I can play it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still does this. I have also tired signing into another account to see if it could get in thr game and it still does this after accepting the terms and conditions.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your game to work.

    If the soft factory reset didn't work, I think the next viable option in terms of troubleshooting steps would be the

    Full factory reset    . If that doesn't work, then continuing to talk to the developers would the best course of action. Just remember that if you go ahead with the reset, that you'd have to reinstall all your games and apps again. Also, remember that this
    reset will remove your gamertags and in order to re-add them unto the console you will need to know their sign in information.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest
    clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

    How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One: This one in particular since there could be corrupt
    data on the console and this will clear it out

    System

    Storage

    Clear Local Saved Games

    Yes and Restart




    To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

    Settings

    Network

    Network Settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC Address

    Clear and restart

    IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
    progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

    My network is fine and I have already reset my xbox I tried to play the game yeaterday and figured it was a server issue or something and that it would be fixed or work today.
