Hey all, I've been having quite the troubles with my pc for the past year or two. I've only really started getting bothered by everything around august. I currently have been playing the new modern warfare game but my game was and has been just a terrible experience. I thought that is was probably because of my old setup which was a gtx 970 and a medium ranged ryzen cpu that I cannot seem to remember the name of but it doesn't matter. I recently picked up an rtx 3060 and a Ryzen 9 5900x and was hoping this would solve everything but the only two games I've tried playing are giving me problems. So on call of duty, I'm getting great fps, but my game still stutters and now crashes even more than it did before my new setup. I did a benchmark on cod and it said my bottleneck gpu was 99% and my bottleneck CPU was 1%. I'm not entirely sure if that sounds usual or something is crazy wrong. Now I am aware that a lot of people are having crashing issues with call of duty but I also want to mention that is said my vram usage was 30% which seems low right? the benchmark also mentioned that my average fps was 157 fps which isn't bad by all means especially considering my settings are med/high settings. So I currently gave up on call of duty because I now think its something going on within the brains of my pc. I just tried turning on Spiderman remastered, which I just went into GeForce experience and optimized for this new gpu, and 3 times in a row it has crashed while loading me into the game. One of the times it said "The paging file is too small for this operation to complete" which I have absolutely no idea what that means. I looked up paging file on google and I think it has something to do with virtual ram? I have 16gbs of ram by the way. After all of this I'm thinking that some of the brains are not allowing me to use certain things to their full potential? This brings me back to the thing on call of duty where it was saying my v ram was being used 30%. Should that be way higher and is this the reason why some of my games are so terrible? Also wanted to mention that on my old setup when my game would freeze and crash it would literally disconnect me from discord and even my monitors would both shut off or lose connection and my right monitor sometimes wouldn't even turn the screen back on unless I unplugged the hdmi and plugged it back in. I don't know if that has anything to do with this but thought i should mention it. Even some of my computer friends don't even know where I should start. I'm close to just doing a full wipe and downloading everything again in hopes it changes something somehow. Help would be very much appreciated. Windows 10 btw.
